In order to ensure that our customers receive their orders in excellent condition, we examine all items in detail with careful attention before dispatching any orders.  However, should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@underabroomtree.com within 2 days of receiving your order and we will gladly assist you to work things out.

Exchanges or Cancellations

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.  But please reach out to us at hello@underabroomtree.com if you have any problems with your order.  We will try our best to work things out.
